WWE seems to be not getting any breaks from injuries. After an injury setback for AJ Styles last week, now the promotion is hoping that Seth Rollins doesn’t suffer from any serious injury.
He challenged Austin Theory for the United States championship in the latest edition of Monday Night Raw. And ‘The Architect’ seemed to have some discomfort in his knee after the match. Rollins is quite an integral part of the red brand and his absence may affect the brand adversely.
Both Rollins and Theory have been battling over the US title since the latter won it at Survivor Series WarGames. The inclusion of Bobby Lashley surely gave wings to the rivalry.

The latest installment between the champion and the challenger did not disappoint either. The match was the perfect way to kick off 2023, as Theory went on to retain his title after using unfair means. For Rollins though, the injury concern is more worrisome rather than the result.
Injury concern for Seth Rollins seems real
The latest footage has shown the grand slam champion moving gingerly and anxiously waiting for the medical staff. Corey Graves, former NXT wrestler and now part of the Raw broadcasting team appears to help Rollins.
This worry couldn’t have come at the worst time for WWE. Already missing a veteran in the ilk of AJ Styles any time off for Rollins would be largely unwelcomed by the promotion’s top officials.
Fans react to a possible injury
The wrestling fans were quick to notice the problem suffered by The Messiah and took to social media to let their concerns known.
They were hoping that the injury concern wasn’t as serious as it looked. While many were quick to offer their prayers for minimum damage, some were apprehensive about the injury itself.

Seth Rollins is an experienced campaigner at this level and his possible absence may raise quite a few eyebrows. Particularly with an on-and-off schedule for the current Universal and WWE champion Roman Reigns.
