WWE NXT Superstar Roderick Strong was a part of a faction that dominated the Gold and Black brand, The Undisputed Era.

Unfortunately, the faction split up, and the Superstars went their own way. Strong spoke with TalkSport about the faction possibly coming back together in the future.

According to Roderick Strong, it’s possible. He revealed that the time the faction split up, it wasn’t because of bitterness, but a change was needed to move the Superstars forward individually.

“I definitely think one day we could, and it would be huge. Because of everything that was going down in the world, I think it just put us in a position where it was hard to keep us interacting with different people and a change was necessary. That was the option.”

“It wasn’t like we were going to go to another brand at that moment. So instead of sitting there and spinning our wheels, this gave us an opportunity to progress as performers and always think about one day, we can reconnect and do it again.”

“The emotions like ‘NO! No no no!’ Then as we talk it’s like ‘yeah, this makes sense.’ To me, that’s all I could have asked for. It’s not like we showed up for work and it was like you guys are done!”

“The respect they paid to us and the way they let us handle it all was awesome. It was made a lot easier than it would have been if they just told us ‘hey, you guys are done. We’re doing this. Right now. You can’t say anything.’” H/t TalkSport
