Prior to their match, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and The Hurricane had several hilarious segments backstage. During one segment, The Rock even referred to The Hurricane as ‘The Hamburglar’.

After getting the approval of Eric Bischoff, The Rock had selected The Hurricane as his opponent on that night, hoping to get an easy victory.

The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment dominated and had the upper hand for the most part of the match.

However, ‘The Hurricane’ picked up the victory with a roll up from behind following a distraction caused by Stone Cold Steve Austin.

The Rock had previously challenged the Texas Rattlesnake for a match at WrestleMania 19 because he was yet to defeat Austin at WrestleMania. Following The Rock’s defeat that night, they made the match between The Rock and Steve Austin official.

Some people might think that The Rock’s defeat against The Hurricane was his last match on WWE Raw. But that is not the case.

In the following month, The Rock defeated Jeff Hardy on WWE Raw. And that is his last match on WWE Raw.
