Three days ago, Seth Rollins defended his title against Drew McIntyre at the Crown Jewel 2023 PLE. Even though the star’s back has been injured for a long time, he still put up a fight against McIntyre and successfully defended his title. However, as he thought it was time for him to take some rest, another challenger in the form of Sami Zayn emerged in front of him at this week’s WWE Raw. Even though The Visionary went toe-to-toe against Zayn, fans noticed that his back might not be as hurt as he claims it to be.
Seth Rollins challenges Sami Zayn
The 11/6 episode opened up with Seth Rollins walking towards the ring. The current World Heavyweight Champion stood in the ring to address the crowd in attendance while talking about his experience at Crown Jewel. He said he wanted to thank two people: Drew McIntyre who put up a good fight, and Sami Zayn who thwarted Damian Priest’s plans. Following this, he called Zayn on the stage, and after a discussion, it was decided that the two would face off the same night with the championship title on the line.

The center of Seth Rollins defending his title is his injured back. He has claimed multiple times that he has a hairline fracture in two of his lumbar vertebrae. Still, he was able to capture the title earlier this year. And following that, he has defended his title 8 times, including the recent Raw defense. While fans have commended him for showing strength and valor, fans noticed that Rollins might not be that hurt.

The two stars did indeed put up a good fight. But the way Rollins was able to recover quickly from a jump to perform another one has left fans divided.
What do fans think of Seth Rollins’s injury?
One X (formerly Twitter) user was the first one to point this out. The user posted a clip where Rollins could be seen doing a Swanton on Sami Zayn and then quickly recovering from it to perform another one.

One user showed dismay in fans. The user stated that if the 37-year-old star is trying to sell a kayfabe, fans instantly criticized him. And if he is not that active, fans call him “washed up”.
