Paul Heyman recently acknowledged Sami Zayn‘s role in the bloodlines storyline. The legendary WWE manager had a fruitful career, serving many greats in the business. Including Brock Lesnar, Steve Austin, and CM Punk. However, he chose to side with Roman Reigns and his villainous gang of Bloodline members, including Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Solo Sikoa as members, led by Heyman’s managerial talents. Therefore, in a recent interview, Heyman highlighted Zayn’s controversial role in the team.

Paul Heyman described Zayn as a wild catalyst in the group Bloodlines. As the latest member, his addition brought a different dynamic to an already well-adjusted team.

In an interview with Variety, Heyman said: “As soon as we had felt that everyone had gotten almost almost comfortable with all of our characters, we threw in this crazy out of left field, dynamic catalyst that no one saw coming, that would change the perception of the group and the interpersonal dealings amongst us all,”

Therefore, he understood that among all members, Zayn’s personality stuck out the most. After his feud with reigns at the Royal Rumble 2023, many disliked his approach toward the leader of his troupe. But, some fans got behind Zayn and encouraged his push to the top. Moreover, Zayn’s climb up the WWE rankings is slowly but surely appreciated by the legends of WWE after he turned against the leader of Bloodlines.

Recently, Wrestling Legend Mark Foley addressed The Untouchable’s situation. He described him as “the gift that keeps on giving” and should be “treated reverently by the people in charge” in a recent episode of his podcast, “Foley is Pod”. Therefore, the WWE needs to keep an eye out for this talent. To ensure that fans don’t fall out of love with his storyline and NXT champion Cody Rhodes.
