Subsequently, Sheik also shared his thoughts on the recent match between Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos. Clearly, Russell Wilson’s performance did now impress the former WWE Champion as per what he tweeted. Sheik, in his tweet, wrote, “RUSSELL WILSON YOU COST ME BIG TIME YOU SON OF A B***H.”

Brandon McManus missed a 64-yard field goal attempt with 20 seconds left. Furthermore, this helped Seahawks walk out from the field with a victory involving Wilson as the quarterback.

Moreover, Wilson was also booed upon his return to play against his former team. Earlier this month, Wilson signed a five-year, $245 million contract extension with Denver Broncos.

The Iron Sheik reveals an unknown record about Hulk Hogan

It is no secret that Sheik still has some anger left over his arch-rival Hulk Hogan. He often shares tweets in which he trash-talks about The Hulkster. Similarly, once he shared about a record that only Hogan has achieved, however, it was more of an insult.

The Iranian WWE star wrote, “HULK HOGAN HAS BEEN A BIG TIME JABRONI FOR 15,343 STRAIGHT DAYS. NO ONE WILL BREAK THAT EVER BUBBA.”

The Iron Sheik was a popular heel throughout the 1980s. He is famous for being the first Iranian-born WWE star to win the WWE Championship. However, his title reign lasted for about a month, as Hogan defeated him to usher in the Hulkamania era in WWE.

The Iron Sheik lost his WWE title to Hulk Hogan on 23rd January 1984 at Madison Square Garden. Sheik was the heel at the time and had generated massive heat from the audience. Meanwhile, Hogan was the ultimate babyface. That match changed the landscape for pro-wrestling as Hogan went on to become the ultimate superstar on the WWE roster after that first title win.
