When Donald Trump provided the ‘Trump Plaza’ for WrestleMania 4, WWE had scheduled a mega rematch. They had planned a rematch between Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant from the previous WrestleMania. It happened in the quarter-finals of a tournament that was for the vacant WWE Championship.
In a picture that was circulated a few years ago, fans can see the mega stars Hogan and Andre clicking a picture with Donald Trump with the WWE title. Moreover, the 7’4’ft WWE legend Andre the Giant towered over Trump in the picture. ‘The Giant’ is said to be even taller than NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal.

The rematch between Hogan and Andre was the most exciting match of WrestleMania 4. The stars had wrestled the previous year, but fans hoped they might clash again at WrestleMania 4. They wished it would have been for the top price in the finals. However, the match ended in a disqualification, and neither of the two stars qualified for the semi-finals.
Subsequently, before their match began, ‘The Hulkster’ had even cut a promo on Trump. Hogan mentioned the mainland of the USA would divide into two parts when he’d slam Andre in the middle of the ring. Moreover, Hogan claimed to save Trump and his family in his iconic promo.

Also, the success of WrestleMania 4 made Donald Trump request Vince McMahon to host the following mega event at Trump Tower again.
Donald Trump earned millions for his inclusion in the Battle of Billionaires storyline
A WWE fan will most likely never forget the ‘Battle of Billionaires’ storyline between Donald Trump w/Bobby Lashley and Vince McMahon w/Umaga at WrestleMania 23. The stipulation was Hair vs Hair and this hyped the match between the WWE universe to the next level.

‘The Almighty’ won the match, and eventually, Donald Trump won the feud. As per the stipulation, the winners of the match shaved the head of Mr. McMahon in the middle of the ring. Also, Trump earned a massive amount of $4 million dollars in all the appearances leading up to this feud to WrestleMania.

Donald Trump has previously appeared on a WWE show, but this was his first major feud. Two years after WrestleMania 23, the businessman appeared on WWE as a guest host on RAW. This appearance earned him a whopping $1 million dollars.
