Ronda Rousey is a threat to anyone, whether it is a man or a woman. Countless times in WWE we have seen the Baddest Woman on the Planet lay down a couple of men; whether it was Triple H, Kurt Angle, or Adam Pearce, all World Champions in their own right. Rousey found her comfortable sweet spot in wrestling, being the machine gun who could knock anyone down.

But things were different in the UFC. While she could have taken down the men there, no one challenged her and as the video above shows, she doesn’t condemn it as well. But what if we put the Baddest Woman on the Planet against the gigantic NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal? Well, TMZ already has done so before, but what was his response?
Ronda Rousey responded to Shaquille O’Neal being in the Octagon with her
When TMZ asked Shaq if he could compete with Ronda Rousey in the Octagon, he said, “It’s not a joke, I could last 45 seconds.” So TMZ took this a bit forward and asked the Baddest Woman on the Planet herself if Shaq could fight against her for 45 seconds, she replied, “Yeah, you know, if a chick could last past 45 seconds, I don’t see why Shaq couldn’t.”

Ever since Ronda Rousey became a big pop culture icon after her historic 12 victories in a row, the media has always asked male celebs and sports people if they could handle her in the Octagon. While most men, even some MMA stars, proudly say that she is a skilled professional and they stand no chance, there have been some who denied it.
But while Shaq is not denying his defeat entirely, he is suggesting that he could confront at least 45 seconds with the former UFC Bantamweight Champion. In genuine honesty, seeing the skills and takedowns of Ronda Rousey and her love for the sport, it is unfathomable that she would go easy on the NBA giant. So, although it’s not likely to happen in reality, we can always dream that Shaq won’t get knocked out or submit in 45 seconds inside the Octagon.
