“My Fault… I Shouldn’t Have Done”: Scared of His 11th Back Surgery, Hulk Hogan Regrets Doing ‘Crazy Stuff’ With Ric Flair in Australia

Hulk Hogan has had a history of injuries and surgeries, just like many other pro wrestlers. However, The Hulkster doesn’t give up easily. Despite knowing the physical capabilities and limitations of his body, Hogan once did something ‘crazy’ that he now regrets. He did a certain deed alongside his wrestler friend, Ric Flair. But unfortunately for Hogan, the consequences are knocking on his doorstep.

Because of his long line of surgeries, the retired wrestler has restricted access to his body. Ignoring his situation, Hogan revealed how he once indulged in an activity with the former 16-time world champion that took a toll on his body and now he draws closer to another surgery.

Hulk Hogan blames his acts with Ric Flair for his potential future surgery

The Hulkster was recently found hanging out with Muscle and Health Magazine at his popular ‘hangout’. The interviewer had a bunch of things to ask him. Somewhere in the middle of the video, she asked Hogan about his health following so many surgeries. To that, Hogan replied that he has received 10 surgeries on his back so far and now doctors have warned him about an 11th one that might arrive soon.

According to Hogan’s doctors, the 11th surgery would be performed above the hardware inside his back that goes through the tailbone to the middle of his shoulder blades.

“They say above the hardware, there’s a couple vertebraes that are bad. And that was my fault because I did some crazy stuff in Australia, after I had a back surgery, that I shouldn’t have done, with Ric Flair, our friend,” said the wrestler.

Flair and Hogan stepped into the ring during the Hulkamania: Let The Battle Begin tour in Australia and wrestled each other. The bumps in these matches may have contributed to Hogan’s issues with his back.

In the same interview, the Hollywood star also went on to talk about the surgery in further detail as the video progressed. He also mentioned how he wishes to keep that surgery at bay.

Hulk Hogan’s possible 11th back surgery

The retired pro wrestler claims to have had around 26 surgeries in total. Out of which, his back alone had to endure 10 of them. And now, because of his deeds in Australia with the WWE legend Ric Flair, he might have to go through an 11th one too. While talking to the lady from Muscle and Health, Hogan revealed that the surgery is going to take 10 hours. Moreover, he is praying that it doesn’t come to it.

If the ‘disc’ is touching his spine, he would need to endure another painful surgery. Until the reports come in, all he does is patiently wait and not talk about it much so that he doesn’t attract the thing he is afraid of into his life.
