“My Dad?”: Hulk Hogan Once Left His Daughter Stunned with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Reference

Hulk Hogan is one of the most popular wrestlers on the face of the earth, even today. His fandom extends across the globe and he enjoys a stardom on the level of some Hollywood stars. Despite all this, The Immortal One remains a family man and is close with his daughter Brooke Hogan and Nick Hogan. Although a lot of fans know a great detail about Hoga, no one knows him more than his children. However, Brooke Hogan once missed the mark when guessing something about her father in an interview.

Last year Brooke Hogan did an interview where she tried out a quiz revealing how much she knows her father. After getting most of her answers right, she got the last one wrong and was baffled.

Hulk Hogan’s quote stumped daughter Brooke

Brooke Hogan has enjoyed relative success in Hollywood as a singer and an actress. She has also been a part of a few TV series, including the one with her father Hulk Hogan, called Hogan Knows Best.

In 2021, Brooke made an appearance on Hollywood Raw last year and took part in a game called ‘Hogan or Rogan’. In this game, she had to correctly guess which quotes belonged to Hulk Hogan or MMA personality Joe Rogan. She correctly attributed most of the quotes to either her father or Joe Rogan but faltered at one specific quote.

The host read her a quote that belonged to her father where he said that he has a more open relationship with his fans and there is no barrier like some other celebrities have. The quote was, “I hate to toot my own horn. But I just feel that I know people and I know fans. And I don’t feel that there’s an Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt barrier with me. I’ve always felt from everyone I talk to that the fans feel like I’m tangible and they can talk to and they know me.”

Brooke Hogan wrongly attributed this quote to Joe Rogan, but when the hosts corrected her, she was stunned. She amusingly said, “It was my dad? It did seem like something. I don’t know why he’d use like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as like a reference.”

Indeed, the Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie put Brooke Hogan off and she made the wrong guess. Still, she correctly identified most of the Hulk Hogan and Joe Rogan quotes, which is quite remarkable.

Her closeness with her father was evident in this quiz, as she knew what words her father would use, which helped her to identify most of his quotes. But at the very end, Hulk Hogan was able to catch her daughter off guard with a surprising reference.
