Every individual, including WWE superstars, is paying tribute to their mothers as we celebrate Mother’s Day internationally. In the past, the mothers of a few WWE legends have appeared on WWE television, including Linda McMahon.

Linda McMahon is the mother of Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon. She has made a few appearances on WWE television earlier. But in 2005, she had an encounter in the middle of the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin that fans can never forget.

Stone Cold Steve Austin surprised everyone when he delivered a Stunner to Linda McMahon from out of nowhere. Prior to that, he even took out Linda’s children (Stephanie McMahon and Shane McMahon) and Linda’s husband, Vince McMahon.

This incident happened at the WWE Raw Homecoming episode in October 2005, where the Texas Rattlesnake took out the entire McMahon family. Not to mention, Austin’s feud with Mr. McMahon had been one of the most heated feuds in the history of WWE.

Notably, fans got a glimpse of this rivalry at WWE WrestleMania 38 when Austin hit a Stunner on Mr. McMahon, just like old times.

During an interview with Ryan Satin on WWE on Fox, Ryan Satin asked Austin which Stunner he wished he could have back.

The WWE legend responded, saying, “I think the one with Linda McMahon. She was, and she still is such a wonderful woman and she was like a mother to me on the road. So, I love her and we kind of botched it. So, Linda McMahon.”

Linda got hit by the Stunner only once. But that can’t be said about her husband, Vince McMahon. Austin hit Mr. McMahon with the Stunner multiple times.
