Until SmackDown ended on Friday night, John Cena was stuck in a state of limbo as to who his tag team partner will be. He even went on to announce that he wouldn’t mind taking on The Bloodline alone. But his prayers got answered as LA Knight made an entry and single-handedly decimated Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. He then went on to sign the contract and become Cena’s partner at Fastlane. It’s odd that Knight has teamed up with Cena as just a month ago they both were about to rip each other apart.
That said, fans are excited to see these two colossal forces join hands and destroy The Bloodline.

LA Knight had been in a feud with The Miz for months, which culminated in a match at Payback. It was supposed to be a routine match until John Cena entered and declared himself as the special guest referee. During the match, there were many heated moments when Cena and Knight came face to face.
There was a moment in the match where Cena almost punched Knight in his defense. Hence post the match when the two heavyweights confronted each other, LA Knight was furious as he thought that Cena almost cost him the match. But Cena emphasized that he won the match clean, and they shook hands with Cena endorsing Knight saying, “Your moment!”.

One month later, Solo Sikoa is all ready to jump onto Cena, who lay lifeless on the commentators’ table, and then LA Knight’s music plays. Fans went berserk and Knight began to lay waste to The Bloodline, thus coming to Cena’s aid. He then signed the Fastlane contract which left Cena totally dumbfounded. Cena even took to Twitter to show his excitement for his tag partner for Fastlane. He tweeted, “Better late than never! YEAH, I have a partner for #WWEFastlane! See you next week, Jimmy @WWEUsos and @WWESoloSikoa! @WWE”.
Fans can’t wait for Smackdown next week to see what Knight has to say to Cena. But as Knight gets involved in a feud with The Bloodline, does it mean he wants to lock horns with The Tribal Chief?
