Just a few days back, Vince McMahon and WWE again released some individuals from their NXT roster. Dexter Lumis, Dakota Kai, and Harland are some releases that surprised the fans.
Recently, Mick Foley took a shot at the WWE chairman as he gave some advice to these recently released individuals.

During an episode of In The Kliq, Mick Foley asked the stars to keep their heads up and keep going.
Mick Foley said, “Mr. McMahon has a great track record of [laughs]. There are some people he let go, who go on to be bigger stars than they were with him.”
“I really enjoyed Dexter Lumis. I enjoyed the one guy who looked like a mini Brock Lesnar, had a ton of potential. Dakota Kai is a head-scratcher. I would just advise the talent to just keep going. There are other places to go,” he added.

In recent years, several former WWE superstars have signed with AEW following their WWE releases or departures. And they have enjoyed success over there.
So, Mick Foley is actually motivating these recently released stars to keep going and find success in other pro wrestling promotions. This is definitely not the end of the world for them.
