Michelle McCool on The Undertaker Training With Her for WWE Royal Rumble 2022: “Come Train With Me Whether You Like It or Not”

WWE surprised its fans and announced multiple legendary women athletes for the upcoming Royal Rumble PPV. This included the likes of Lita, Michelle McCool, Mickie James, and many more. However, the wife of The Undertaker, McCool, is making headlines as she is training with ‘The Phenom’ as well as making the exercise routines for both of them.

‘Taker’ revealed that McCool was the one who helped him train for his last match against former WWE champion AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36.

However, the tables have turned this time around as the former WWE Divas champion will take to the ring. She said, “It was kinda nice though to be able to put my husband [The Undertaker] on the, you know, ‘you gotta come train with me whether you like it or not’.” 

“Just being in the ring is different…Once you walk out, you have all that adrenaline and you have all the girls. It’s just a whole different ball game.”

McCool’s Royal Rumble appearance can open doors to multiple WWE rivalries, especially with the reigning WWE SmackDown Women’s champion, Charlotte Flair, who has been an obnoxious heel for some time now.

Other than Charlotte, McCool can rekindle her legendary feud with reigning Impact Knockout’s champion Mickie James at the Rumble.

Will The Undertaker be in the crowd to support his wife?

There have been multiple instances when a wrestler’s family sits in the crowd and watches the action firsthand. Mick Foley’s wife watched her husband getting butchered with chair shots from The Rock.

Similarly, McCool and her daughter were sitting in the crowd for the Undertaker’s WrestleMania 33 bout against Roman Reigns to give him moral support. Will ‘Taker’ do the same this time?

It is unlikely that the Phenom will just sit in the crowd the whole time. This is because he is very protective of his gimmick and is selective with people.
