Dwayne Johnson once mentioned legendary boxer Muhammad Ali’s famous quote when receiving an award. The quote says, “The service to others is the rent we pay for the room you have here on earth”. And it’s for this very kindness that Johnson is one of the most beloved WWE stars of all time. Sadly, the same can’t be said about ex-WWE superstar Mercedes Mone who recently lost it at a fan at the New York City Comic Con.

But an ECW veteran has given her views on the entire situation and she is not in favour of Mone’s antics.

WWE as a pro wrestling brand is heavily dependent on its hoards of fans. These fans can be found around the world, thus making wrestlers feel nothing less than a Hollywood star wherever they go. Some wrestlers are thronged by fans for autographs and pics even while they just walk across the street.

While most stars enjoy the attention, there are few like MJF who hate fans who approach him at the airport. That said, Mone was recently in the news for being rude to a fan at the New York City Comic Con. The NJPW star was at the event to sign pictures. And when one fan said that her reason to leave the WWE was creative issues, she just lost it.

Someone recorded the entire incident and put it on social media where fans seemed a bit upset. Not just fans but other pro wrestling stars also didn’t approve of Mone’s cocky behavior. One such wrestler was ECW veteran Francine. On her podcast, The Queen’s EXTREME, she gave her two cents on the entire incident.

She said, “So I hear she can be snippy. But there is a way to handle these kinds of questions. And if you’ve been doing it for a long time and she has, she should know better because these people are spending their hard-earned money. If I was that fan, I would never buy something from her ever again. Just for the simple fact that she was rude. And you know whether you wanna be there or not, you’re lucky that you can sit there and sign autographs for a living”.

But this is not the first time that Mone has been extremely rude to one of her fans.

Mercedes Mone once told a little kid to get away from her

Stars sometimes need their private space, but that doesn’t give them the right to be outright rude. On the same podcast, Francine remembered another rude fan meeting involving Mercedes Mone.

Francine narrated an incident where a little kid approached Mone at the airport and she rudely told him to “get away from her”. Luckily, Alexa Bliss was right behind her and she later spoke sweetly to the little fan.

Francine said, “Alexa Bliss was apparently behind her and said to the kid ‘What did she just say to you?’ and the kid was like ‘She told me to get away from her’ and Alexa Bliss said don’t worry about her.” But how would you guys react if Sasha Banks was rude to you when you asked her a genuine question?
