Sasha Banks seems to be heading towards breaking off with Bayley and the fault line gets bigger and deeper. Although that may be a few weeks in the works, “The Boss” already seems to have an idea for her next gig.
In a recent post on Twitter, Banks expressed her desire to fight Japanese Wrestling legend Meiko Satomura in a match and urged WWE to somehow make it happen.
Give me a 3 week notice 😂😅

She later added that she would need 3 weeks to prepare for it, should it materialize.
Although not many fans may know about Meiko Satomura, she is highly respected across Japan. Being the co-founder of Sendai Girls’ Pro Wrestling, she has seen and done it all.
Sasha Banks shares a close relationship with Satomura, and the two often communicate through twitter exchanges. Although she hasn’t replied to Sasha’s tweet yet, we can expect a witty reply shortly.
Meiko Satomura did make an appearance in WWE in the 2018 Mae Young Classic Tournament. She steamrolled her way into the semi-finals but was eliminated by a driven Toni Storm, who went on to win the tournament itself.
Sasha Banks trained with Satomura during her time in Japan
Banks even trained for a while with Satomura when she visited Japan in 2019. There, the two formed a good friendship.
Now that Banks has brought it up, fans have pegged the fixture as a dream match between two of the best female wrestlers in the world right now.
Although the match would not be a possibility, at least until the lockdown is lifted, I don’t see a reason why the fight can’t happen.

Meiko Satomura can, in fact, have an entire storyline in WWE should she choose to accept it. The only decision lies with the writers.

We have seen some pretty crazy feuds happen over the years. Perhaps Sasha will get this wish of hers granted in the near future.
