An athlete’s life involves a lot of regular travel. And they are constantly trying to strike a perfect balance between their personal and professional lives. This is not easy, however, as many athletes in the past have blamed their demanding schedule for less time spent with their near and dear ones. WWE Superstar AJ Styles recently highlighted the constant struggle he has to cope with to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
In a recent interview with Corey Lajoie in his Stacking Pennies Podcast, Styles talked about a host of things, including his love for NASCAR, his WWE career, and his personal life.

The former WWE Champion was asked about how he manages to maintain a balance between his work and spending time with his family. Styles responded,” Yeah I’m thinking, man, I really need to spend more time doing this and helping the wife out. You just take it for granted when she’s doing everything.”
He went on to add, “ I know I’ll never be good enough to be good for my daughter.. like it’ll never happen, so it’s very hard to balance that. I know it worries me that I’m not maybe, maybe I’m doing something wrong, maybe I’m not raising my kids right, like what could I do?”
