It’s been more than a year since we’ve seen Brock Lesnar in a WWE ring. After dropping the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36, the Beast Incarnate took a long hiatus from WWE. Right now, his advocate Paul Heyman has given us a cheeky update on a potential return.

With WWE live events returning in July, Paul Heyman teased the return of the Beast. The company would obviously want big names to return along with the fans, and Lesnar has been their biggest star for a decade. Even John Cena, Lesnar’s former rival, might return to the ring soon.

In an interview with SportsTalk 790, Heyman dropped some information about his client’s potential return.

“Asking me about Brock Lesnar is a highly intelligent question and I commend you on your effort. However, it’s a hypothetical. Brock Lesnar does what Brock Lesnar wants to do. If Brock Lesnar wanted to be back in WWE at this moment, at this particular time and place, he would be.

“Maybe, maybe he has been waiting for the live events, and maybe he’ll choose Houston to make that return… or maybe not, because Brock Lesnar is going to do whatever Brock Lesnar wants to do.”

With the returns of Sasha Banks and Edge advertised for SmackDown, and talks of John Cena showing up, the coming months are probably going to be the most exciting months of the year for a wrestling fan.

This is easily the most commonly asked question about Lesnar’s WWE return. Will we see the Tribal Chief renew his rivalry with the Beast Incarnate, now that Reigns has fully embraced his heel side?

With his current Universal Title run crossing 300 days, he could be on the path to break the Beast’s record.

Many fans and Superstars, including Bubba Ray Dudley, believe Brock Lesnar is the only superstar on the main roster who can beat Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief has beaten Jey Uso, Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre, Edge, Daniel Bryan and Cesaro and is the most dominant champion in recent history.
