“Mami” Rhea Ripley Delivers One Emoji Reaction to Carmelo Hayes’ NXT Attack on Trick Williams

The WWE Universe was completely immersed in the Cody Rhodes and Dwayne Johnson situation for several days. However, a new development sent a lightning bolt down everyone’s spine when Carmelo Hayes did the unthinkable. While this massively shocked the spectators, Rhea Ripley seemed to have a different take on the matter. 

Mami had long back told off Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes, “The next time you boys want to jump into our business, you’ll become our business.” Now, a new social media post reveals that Rhea Ripley wants to make Hayes the Judgment Day’s business.

Rhea Ripley applauds Carmelo Hayes for attacking Trick Williams

Carmelo Hayes tore through the noise made by the #WeWantCody movement when he chose to betray Trick Williams and attack him. With this act, Hayes shattered a friendship going strong for several years. Moreover, both wrestlers even supported each other through their NXT Championship reigns. Later on, Hayes also revealed his motives for attacking Williams. 

A tweet on X reflected on this unimaginable act by Carmelo Hayes. The tweet carried the caption, “We’re left speechless after Carmelo Hayes turned his back on Trick Williams! #WWE #WWENXT.” 

On the contrary, however, Rhea Ripley replied to this tweet with a clapping emoji, “👏.”

While the WWE Women’s Champion has garnered an immaculate reputation for her gothic and rebellious persona, this tweet has sent several mixed signals to fans.

This is because Carmelo Hayes was a nuisance for the Judgment Day who had gone against Finn Balor to help Seth Rollins. In fact, Judgment Day also punished Hayes for his interference.

Carmelo Hayes had aided WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins on two occasions against Finn Balor. The Judgment Day member had got Rollins in the palm of his hands on two occasions in 2023. But, because of Hayes, The Architect got a much-needed advantage.

This, of course, wasn’t allowed to slide, and Finn Balor got with Hayes in the ring in a singles match. This resulted in a loss for the former NXT Champ, who succumbed to a devastating beat down at the hands of Balor.

Later on, Rhea Ripley personally approached Hayes to warn him to stay away from her faction.
