“I Didn’t Mean To Touch Her”: Hulk Hogan Once Got Himself Out Of An Awkward Position When His Former Tag Team Partner Made A Wild Accusation Against Him

WWE saw a meteoric rise in the 80s all around the globe. One of the reasons for this rise was the Hulkamania kick-started in 1984 by Hulk Hogan after defeating The Iron Sheik for the WWE Championship.

However, by the end of the 80s, Hogan teamed up with a WWE Hall of Famer, which became instantly popular. Surprisingly, his tag team partner once accused him of something huge which shocked The Hulkster.

A couple of years ago, Hulk Hogan appeared on The Steve Austin Show. On the podcast, The Hulkster shared once Macho Man Randy Savage accused him of copping a feel of his wife Miss Elizabeth. This happened when WWE had a show in Paris, France, when they were The Mega Powers.

Hogan recalled, “Elizabeth was my manager, and we went to the ring in Paris. There were no steps. Elizabeth was probably 95 or 100 pounds soaking wet. So, I reached over the top rope, reached all the way over where she’s standing next to me, and grabbed her by the armpits. I picked her all the way up, she had a dress on, and put her in the ring because there are no steps.”

He added, “(Macho Man said,) ‘You son of a b**** you grabbed her b**bs’. I go, ‘Randy’! (Macho Man says, ) f**k you motherf**ker. I’m gonna beat your a**. We walk up and he grabs a headlock on me, but he puts that side headlock on me. I’m hanging in there and I didn’t want my eyeball to pop out, so I grab his waist and I squeezed. ‘Randy, if you don’t let go, I’m going to dump you on your head.”

The Hulkster was extremely shocked by the accusations. However, Hogan told Randy Savage to loosen up as he hadn’t inappropriately touched The First Lady of Wrestling. Moreover, The Hogan also reminisces about Savage being furious at him for something he claims not guilty of.

Did Hulk Hogan and Macho Man Randy Savage sort out this matter?

The Hulkster stated Macho Man was extremely angry with him. Moreover, this incident happened before their match started. As a result, Savage try to take his anger out on Hogan during the match and the match didn’t go well. Later, Hogan went to talk to Macho Man in their hotel room. The Hulkster also had become a little mad at him for accusing wrongly.

The Immortal One said, “I reached to open the door, and when I pulled the door, I ripped it off the hinges. The door was so old and so rotted by termites… So, me and Randy went in the back and [he said] ‘Hey, man, I’m sorry I got mad.’”

Even though Hogan claims that he didn’t touch Miss Elizabeth inappropriately. However, he apologized to Macho Man to make him feel good. He explained to Savage that he picked her up because there were no steps to climb on.

Miss Elizabeth, even after all this, managed Hogan and Savage until the team split. It happened after Macho Man turned his back on The Hulkster. As per Hogan, that broken door cooled down everything between them, as Savage might have understood what The Immortal One was saying.
