Monday Night Raw delivered an absolutely riveting moment today. Cody Rhodes teamed up with Seth Rollins in the main event in a 6-man tag team match. While the two working together in itself surprised the fans, events post their match stunned the WWE universe. 

In a shocking turn of events, Shinsuke Nakamura turned heel after the match, attacking Rollins. However, the internet loved every bit of it.

A shocking heel turn stuns Seth Rollins

Fresh off his controversial victory, Rollins interrupted Rhodes in a segment to open the show. While there was tension, the segment concluded with them teaming up with Sami Zayn to take on Judgement Day.

Before the main event, Shinsuke Nakamura graciously decided to step in to replace Zayn, since the doctors didn’t clear him to compete. As a result, the 43-year-old replaced Zayn as their partner.

However, despite winning their tag match in a competitive matchup, it was the proceedings afterwards that astounded the WWE universe.

In a surprising turn of events, the King of Strong Style turned heel on Rollins after delivering him with a Kinshasa.

While Rhodes processed what took place and expressed his disdain, the fans had a different perception of social media. 

Despite getting booed in the arena, fans online loved every bit of this heel turn. It seems like they desperately want Nakamura to finally get his push and capture his first world championship.

Nakamura had an outstanding night on Raw, as the superstar also defeated Bronson Reed in a singles matchup earlier in the show. With two wins and a heel turn on the same night, fans felt elated and expressed their views on social media.
