Did Logan Paul's fiancée just ignite the next big WWE feud with her pre-engagement comment?

Despite being a celebrity, Logan Paul has become one of WWE’s most prominent wrestlers in recent years. The YouTuber and amateur boxer has not only surprised fans but also the company’s superstars, who have praised his performances in the ring. Paul has proven himself to perform large and eye-catching moves with relative simplicity. Making clear his innate condition as an athlete. However, they are risky at the end of the day, and WWE superstars do get hurt performing them. Logan Paul is no exception.

During his Money in the Bank 2023 matchup, Paul performed an aerial move on Damian Priest. But when he landed on the former World Heavyweight Champion, it apparently hurt Paul enough to start hating on the former member of the Judgment Day. In the latest edition of his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul was joined by Priest and Dominik Mysterio. There, they talked about all things WWE as well as the Judgment Day. It was while discussing the stable that the Maverick called out Priest for being the dead weight of the group.

He said, “Let’s be honest, Damian’s dead weight. Just how I see it, I’m sorry I didn’t mean it like that.” When asked for the reason behind his thought, he said, “Damian and I got into a little bit Money in the Bank,” then Mysterio proceeded to interrupt and ask him if it was about that splash that the Maverick hit on Priest, to which he replied, “Bro, it hurt so bad, I think it hurt him worse. I hold grudges, and I am a hater. I’m a hater, and I’m proud, and I don’t f*ck with Damian Priest.”

However, it was then that he revealed that there was a personal reason behind his hatred as well. One that involves his fiancée, Nina Agdal, and a joke she once made. He revealed, “Dude, my fiance, when I proposed to her, made a priest joke, and that’s what upset me. I said something like, Uh, do you want to get married here in Lake Como? and she’s like, Yeah, but it’s going to be expensive. I was like, damn, I got to get more matches; I gotta hit up WWE. She’s like, Yeah, you got to be Priest.”

Well, it sure looks like Paul has some pretty good reasons to hate the former WWE World Heavyweight champion. As for the aerial move that hit him hard, it seems like Paul has taken his bumps seriously. So much so that the former United States Champion has announced that there are some moves that he won’t be performing anymore. So what’s the move, and why did he decide to retire them from his arsenal? Let’s find out.

Logan Paul rules out performing some high-risk maneuvers in the ring again

On SummerSlam 2024, Logan Paul faced LA Knight in a match where he again proved to be a very valuable and talented superstar, despite having arrived in the business a few years ago. One of the highlights of the match was when Paul executed a moonsault outside the ring. Propelling himself with the ropes. This move, of great complexity and not usual in his repertoire, was executed to perfection by Paul. Impressing the fans and further cementing his status in WWE.

Have an interesting take?

On the latest show on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Logan Paul talked about the difficulty and risks of executing the Moonsault he performed at SummerSlam 2024. Logan made it clear that he would never try this move again, explaining that the only reason he did it was because he was in his hometown of Cleveland and wanted to give it his all in the ring for his home fans.

He said, “I knew I was in Cleveland, hometown, Browns Stadium and I wanted to send it. I do it once in my life, I never do it again because it is extremely hard and dangerous and like you said, there is basically zero margin for error.” Logan Paul has made it clear that he likes to take risks, so it is not ruled out that in the future he will try the Moonsault again or even seek to incorporate a similar move that is equally spectacular. But what do you think? Should Paul continue taking such risks? What do you make of his beef with Priest? Let us know in the comments below.
