On WWE’s exclusive show “The Bump”, Rey Mysterio talked about his upcoming match at WrestleMania 38. The Master of the 619 said he respects The Miz as a competitor and applauded his growth as a WWE Superstar over the years. He added, “I don’t think Miz and Logan Paul are gonna be able to pull this win off against my son and myself.”
Rey Mysterio does not like The Miz teaming up with Logan Paul. He said, “Very disrespected for Miz to bring somebody from the outside world and, you know, treat us the way he did. After so many years of working hard and grinding in this industry, you know, have Logan Paul come in and team up with Miz, like, really?
He added that at WrestleMania he and his son will smack Logan Paul and The Miz.
WWE fans’ reception of Logan Paul
WWE has done this time and again. They bring in celebrities or people from outside the industry. However, WWE fans have not always appreciated outsiders in WWE. Logan Paul is a famous YouTuber and a boxer, but his reception in WWE has been far from ideal. Clearly, WWE wanted him to be cheered as they promoted him as a babyface.

Hence, it is a good move to book Paul as a heel, as he will get an ideal reaction from the crowd. It remains to be seen how things will turn out for Paul at ‘The Stupendous’ WrestleMania 38. Will the Mysterios prevail? Or will ‘The Maverick’ win in his WWE debut?
