The Maverick definitely knows how to get on the nerves of his fans and fellow wrestlers. However, this proved problematic for him last week on SmackDown, as this habit of getting on one’s nerves ended up with him getting punched by ‘The Prizefighter’, Kevin Owens.

And on tonight’s edition of SmackDown, Logan Paul came forward and showed the aftermath of getting punched by Owens and revealed how this would lead to a lawsuit and a new stipulation for his Royal Rumble match.

Last week’s SmackDown featured the final round of the United States Championship Tournament to determine the No. 1 contender to Logan Paul at the Royal Rumble. Santos Escobar and an injured Kevin Owens battled it out, and Owens, despite the broken hand he suffered in the first round of the tournament, came out as the victor.

Following the win, Logan entered the ring to congratulate Owens; however, he did much more than congratulate the prizefighter. He went on to berate the 39-year-old superstar before claiming that a Canadian could win the US championship. This triggered Owens, who punched and knocked out Logan with a casted hand.

And tonight on SmackDown, Logan revealed the aftermath of the punch as he received a black eye and threatened a lawsuit against the Canadian if he wore the cast in their Royal Rumble match. In fact, he went on to add that the match would even be canceled if he wore it.

Replying to the promo by Paul, Owens too cut his own, where he called his broken arm a liability to him rather than an asset against the social media star. He also asked The Maverick to join him next week on the Kevin Owens Show and discuss the rules of their title match on Royal Rumble. However, this isn’t the only situation where Paul had to dial up his lawyers. One of the many instances is an ongoing legal battle between a former MMA artist and the Maverick’s fiance.

When it was announced that Logan Paul would be facing Dillon Danis in a boxing match, fans were ready for some trash-talking entertainment. But what ensued was what many called “crossing the line”. Rather than keeping the trash-talking limited to Paul, Danis decided to bring Maverick’s fiance, Nina Agdal, into the mix. And what followed was a long social media trolling of Agdal and her dating history. He would go from calling Paul names to posting doctored videos and images of his fiance, Nina Agdal. Of course, Paul’s fiance took notice and filed a lawsuit against the former MMA fighter.

And while Danis went ahead to lose the boxing bout against Paul, turns out the legal battle is yet to end. In a recent conversation, he revealed,  “It’s still ongoing. I’m dealing with lawyers every day.” And allegedly, the lawsuit is a serious one, with $150,000 being asked for every single violation by Danis, and there were many. Way too many. And with about $400,000 already spent in attorney fees, it seems like there are darker times ahead for Danis.
