However, he is exceptional for more reasons than only his record, and his 30 years of service to the company. Taker was also the locker room leader owing to his attitude and demeanor, which make him the greatest wrestler. Considering the fact that he used to constantly watch out for the other wrestler’s issues, and that he was the safest wrestler to compete with.

Consequently, it would indeed be shocking to hear that The Phenom is responsible for getting his opponent injured. However, The Deadman, recently, claimed that he was responsible for the WWE legend, Mick Foley’s 20 injuries.

The Undertaker alleges he caused Mick Foley’s 20 injuries

Mankind is notorious across the WWE Universe, for the terrible things he has done to his body over the years. He punishes his mortal body in a way that anybody would find extreme and urge him to stop. Given how frequently Foley jumped off tall objects, it truly is miraculous that he is still able to walk.

There was a photo posted recently on Twitter that displayed all 20 various injuries to Foley’s body parts over the years. Interestingly, Taker said that Foley’s injuries were only the result of the legendary Hell in the Cell matches against him.

The 1998 Hell in the Cell bout versus the Foley was intense, but it wasn’t the reason for the 20 injuries. His ability to withstand pain to an unprecedented extent that sold out matches like no other athlete could manage to do so. Fans have seen Foley taking chair shots on the face to taking Pedigree on Thumbtack. There are countless other matches that are responsible for it. Indeed, Taker was joking, and it wasn’t just his bout that caused the legendary wrestler to sustain 20 injuries in a single match.

The Undertaker vs Mick Foley encounter at Hell in a Cell in 1998, is one legendary bout that WWE fans enjoy seeing over and over again. The intensity was so high that fans in the audience at one point thought Foley has passed away after his jump from the cage. Following, Taker attacked Mankind multiple times and performed some stunning antics. He used his finishing move, the Tombstone Piledriver, to pin Mankind and conclude the match.
