Morgan’s arrest came to light on the evening of Friday, December 15, 2023. This was at a time when WWE fans were tuned in for Friday Night SmackDown. According to reports published, the yellow jeep that the WWE star was driving crossed white and yellow county lines frequently. She was stopped for a check following this.

Along with that, a vape pen was found in her jeep that had an “oil-like substance” in it. The substance came out positive for containing marijuana. The former WWE Champion was detained when she admitted that the marijuana was hers but was not able to produce a medical marijuana card around 6:30 PM on Friday. While marijuana is legal, the state of Florida requires that those possessing it have a valid medical authorization, as it is illegal for recreational use.
