However, the date has been shifted to January 20. Ahead of her hearing, all major charges against her have been dropped. However, possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) charge, which is considered a first-degree demeanor in the state of Florida, has not been dropped. For this, she might have to spend one year in jail or on probation along with a $1000 fine.

Morgan was arrested on December 15 in Sumter County when a patrol car pulled her over for a check. Upon inspection, marijuana was found in her yellow jeep. According to reports, she was in possession of an oil that tested positive for marijuana.

An arrest was made on the same day at 6:30 PM. However, she was bonded out at around 10:04 PM after the bond price of $3000 was paid to the department.
