Dwayne Johnson is quite possibly one of the most humble and warm personalities. His humble nature and good wit have always found him in the good books of other celebrities and fans alike. During the initial stages of his professional career, he was a pro wrestler known for his loud-mouthed nature.

Johnson made his debut for WWE in 1996 and stayed with the company until 2004. Johnson left the professional wrestling world and joined Hollywood to complete his dreams of becoming an actor. And soon, with hard work and determination, he became and currently is the highest-paid actor in the world.

Johnson has starred in several extremely successful movies. However, among them, the most successful one could probably be the ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise. The film series is one of the most popular one and was a huge hit among the audience when it first came out.

Slowly but steadily, the film introduced several other elements and characters. During such new introductions, Dwayne Johnson made his debut for the franchise in 2011. However, Johnson and the film’s titular actor, Vin Diesel, always did not see eye to eye.

In December 2021, in an interview with CNN, The Rock spoke about his past issues with Vin Diesel. When The Rock left the franchise for good, Diesel took to social media and requested Johnson to return to the series, and even took the name of his own daughter and Paul Walker.

Johnson found that in bad taste and told CNN, “This past June, when Vin and I actually connected, not over social media, I told him directly — and privately — that I would not be returning to the franchise. I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful, but that there was no chance I would return.”

He further clarified that he had even spoken with the Studios and they understood his side. However, he stated that what did Diesel did was manipulation. And, Johnson stated, “Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding. My goal all along was to end my amazing journey with this incredible ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise with gratitude and grace.”

The  50-year-old concluded by stating that the incident might have muddied the waters, but he truly wished his co-stars the best of luck for their next chapter.

Black Adam creates a unique record in comparison with other DC Movies

Dwayne Johnson’s much-hyped ‘Black Adam’ came out a few days ago, this month. Although the film received some negative reviews from the critics and an equally poor score on Rotten Tomatoes, the fans did not seem to care. Viewers burst into the theaters to watch Black Adam and a possible rumored cameo. And the number of audiences that visited the theaters is evident from the box-office collection of the movie.

The Rock took to Twitter to share the news of his movie collecting $100 million faster than any other DC movie other than Aquaman. Johnson wrote that news came on his cheat day, and by the looks, he might have enjoyed a feast.
