When Knight was starting wrestling, he was staying in Ohio. A lot of things went wrong when he tried living in L.A. for four months in between. So, the wrestler had moved back to Cincinnati. He did so because he did not want to go back to his hometown in Maryland as all his friends had already moved away. So, thinking of his future and new friends, Knight went back to Ohio. This time around, he wanted to get any job that he could for himself.

His initial thoughts were, “God, I just need to do anything.” Then, he came across a yellow pamphlet at his doorstep with contacts of a few agencies. Instinctively, Knight called any of them established nearby.

While talking on ‘After The Bell’, Knight revealed that after he called up one of the agencies, they called him over to read a script. He followed suit and eventually got accepted into a commercial. Knight detailed during the episode, “I end up getting kinda like a feature role in this regional casino commercial where I was a masseuse and I’m just like doing little choppy hands on the lady. And I was like ‘Okay. That was a quick 800 bucks’ or whatever.

Following this break in his acting career, he even got a role to play in a commercial for the luxurious automobile brand, ‘Audi’.

Despite having a tough road to walk on, the former Impact Global Champion has now embraced his success as he keeps on hitting new milestones.
