The title matches for the undisputed WWE Universal Championship always generate a lot of hype due to Roman Reigns’ scant availability. The interest of fans in seeing the popular LA Knight go against Reigns is reaching its peak and it is evident after a recent report came out.

WWE has established itself as the highest profit-grossing pro wrestling outfit in the world. The company usually has its own devices and tools to increase fan attendance at the shows, especially during PLEs. WWE’s marketing was completely on-point for Crown Jewel. However, the spillage of the hype has already begun to favor its weekly shows, with the next edition of SmackDown a prime example.
This week’s SmackDown will witness the high-profile contract signing between Reigns and LA Knight to make their match at Crown Jewel official. As with such WWE segments, sparks are bound to fly and the show’s ticket numbers display a fan interest to witness this anticipated clash.

Although the wrestlers won’t be exchanging blows officially, fans still decided to show up in droves for the match contract signing. If this is the attendance for a regular episode preceding a PLE, what would the response be like in Saudi Arabia?
Crown Jewel 2023 to witness gigantic fanfare in Saudi Arabia
The Crown Jewel 2023 PLE in Saudi Arabia initially faced certain issues that hinted towards a possible reduction in attendance. After all, WWE is moving to Riyadh without its usual template of having big time part time stars like Brock Lesnar and Goldberg.
Despite this, the event now looks in a very good position because of some of the matches booked for the night including the marquee, LA Knight versus Roman Reigns match. LA Knight fans had been demanding a big break for their favorite superstar for ages.
