In the world of pro-wrestling, fans tend to put together some dream matches which when happens gives us a reason to fall in love with this sport even more. One such match-up that may have received the same reaction was the match between Kurt Angle and Mick Foley.
Even though they were working under the same roof, both wrestlers never crossed paths with each other inside the squared circle. Undoubtedly, the match would have been a mouth-watering fixture – The Wrestling Machine vs The Hardcore Legend.

Kurt Angle thinks that the match would have been very interesting
Kurt Angle previously talked on his podcast, The Kurt Angle Show, he said that he would have really loved working with the hardcore legend. He further added that nobody had pitched him about the match-up and talked to him personally about it.
“It would be very entertaining. But I didn’t hear of any talks, nobody talked to me personally about it. I don’t think it was going to come to fruition at all. It would’ve been funny, it would’ve been very entertaining. I would have a lot of fun performing with Mick. He’s an incredible talent, he’s hilarious, one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met.” said Kurt.

Angle talked about the entertainment aspect of Foley and said that he knows how to get the crowd behind him, he also added that Foley was one of the funniest guys he ever met.
The legacy of Mick Foley

No other name is more synonymous with hardcore wrestling than Mick Foley. He went by many other alter-egos, like Mankind, Dude Love, Cactus Jack.
Starting his career in the early 80s, Foley made a career out of some out-of-the-box hardcore matches. From using steel chairs to wrapping his opponent’s head with barbed wire, Mick has done it all.

Not just in WWE, but he was famous in all the other promotions on the globe. His most notable run was with WWE (then known as WWF), he was an integral part of the ‘Attitude Era’ where he feuded with The Undertaker, The Rock, and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin.
