WWE SmackDown waltzed back to our screen straight from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, to bring us a buzz-worthy show as the journey on the road to WrestleMania accelerates. Although the episodes were primarily set to solve lots of puzzles regarding the dominating Cody Rhodes-Roman Reigns-The Rock storyline, Logan Paul and his business ally cum fellow Youtuber KSI took enormous space, announcing a landmark WWE deal with their Prime energy drink. That said, the consequence didn’t bring any good to the blue brand guest (KSI), tonight.

KSI hurt himself in the neck being a subject to Logan Paul-Randy Orton rivalry

Paul kicked off the night by revealing a giant Prime bottle logo inscribed at the center of the ring mat. He then announced that Prime became the first center ring sponsor in WWE history after both parties patterned through a landmark deal. Shortly after, he welcomed his friend and the co-owner of the beverage brand KSI, not knowing Randy Orton was lurking nearby to launch a sneak attack. As The Viper emerged from the crowd, Paul managed to escape, but KSI ended up eating an RKO from him out of the blue. To add to the misery, a backstage photo showcased Paul’s guest sitting with a neck brace, suggesting a potential injury.

We need to wait for information to come out to be sure of the intensity of the injury whatsoever.

However, Orton didn’t do it out of the blue. His frustration over Paul has been brooding since Elimination Chamber 2024.

Randy Orton and Logan Paul’s bad blood dates back to the Elimination Chamber 2024

Orton and Paul started exchanging heat in Perth, Australia last month. 30 men were in a battle to punch his ticket to WrestleMania 40. Despite being a remarkable addition among all the contenders, Paul had to abruptly end his Elimination Chamber journey by being thrown out of the ring by Randy Orton. Later on, The Viper also received his share of blow from Drew McIntyre at the final hour, leading to the victory of the Scotsman. It went that way because of a fuming Logan Paul played his part right.

Paul came back to the ring at the closing moment and hit Orton with brass knuckles, giving Mclntyre the perfect space to clinch a pinfall victory.

However, even though tonight, RK missed his chance to assault Paul, ending up inuring his ally KSI, a future feud between the new rivals seems to approach soon.
