The latest episode of WWE 24 chronicles the evolution of Intercontinental Champion Big E. Prior to and following its release on Sunday, WWE Superstars hyped the documentary on social media.

The 53-minutes special reveals many crucial details about Big E’s life. E, whose real name is Ettore Ewen, lived his childhood in Tampa, Florida. From a preacher’s son to a powerlifter to one of the most popular Superstars of today, E has had quite the journey.

Big E wrote ahead of the release, “I cringe watching myself or seeing people say nice things about me (so I’m going to sit this one out) but please tune into my WWE24 tonight on the. WWE Network. They consistently produce stellar docs, so I know I’m in good hands.”

One half of the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Dolph Ziggler, said in a cheeky reply, “Don’t worry, I more than made up for it, even if they edit my 3+ hours of ranting down to just one sentence.”

WWE Superstars Ricochet, Billie Kay, Renee Young, and many more poured in “the power of positivity” before and after the premiere of Big E’s documentary.

New Day members Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods hype the WWE 24 Documentary of Big E

Big E’s New Day brother and former WWE Champion, Kofi Kingston, was delighted after watching the documentary. He wrote, “I just watched @WWEBigE‘s episode of #WWE24! I can’t express how incredibly proud I am of him. Man, what a journey…and there’s still so much more to come!”

Fellow New Day member, Xavier Woods, asked everyone to watch the documentary.

“Just finished watching the 24 that they did on @WWEBigE. I smiled, cried, smiled, cried, and smiled again. Do yourself a favor and give it a look.”

The documentary extensively features Kingston and Woods, who provide bits and pieces of their iconic New Day and personal journey. All three of them grew with the group, and the fact that they “broke up” amicably is a testament to their friendship.
