WWE has scheduled Elimination Chamber for February 21, 2021, and the company finalized the Superstars taking part in the namesake match on WWE SmackDown: February 12, 2021.
The SmackDown episode started with Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Paul Heyman, and Adam Pearce. The de facto SmackDown GM announced that the winner of the Elimination Chamber match will battle Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship title that night.

Notably, both Jey Uso and Kevin Owens qualified for Elimination Chamber without having to go through a qualification matchup.
Next, King Baron Corbin and Sami Zayn defeated father-son duo Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio to earn their spot in the line-up.
Sami Zayn wanted a title shot, and this was his ticket to achieve the same. After the big victory, Zayn will have the chance to back-up his rhetoric with something material.
Finally, Cesaro and Daniel Bryan secured a win over Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode in a non-title match. The win landed them in the final two spots for the Elimination Chamber match.
Regardless of who the challenger is, it is possible WWE will put nobody over Roman Reigns at the moment.
