Cena is now known for several things, including his Instagram, his time in the WWE, and his acting roles. But among many other things, his zeal for the military stood out. Even though The Champ is undoubtedly a master at everything he loves and is passionate about, he confessed that he would make a “horrible soldier.”

The famous remarks Cena used to honor American soldiers demonstrate his love and respect for the military. He stated, “I admire the military. I guess in a world of villains and heroes, they’re my heroes. Their dedication, their commitment, their discipline, their code of ethics.” However, having a love for something and really doing it are two different things.

John Cena doubts his ability to make a good soldier
It’s interesting to note that he once told GQ that he didn’t think he could equal a soldier’s level of dedication. He was asked during the interview what his daily schedule looked like, and he said, “If it’s a day I’m working out, I’ll do my workout, but even before then. That entire process is 90 minutes.”
“I journal a little bit, warm up to the day, I make sure my mind is working, make sure my nervous system is ready to go, I can’t stumble out of bed and hit the ground running. I would be a horrible soldier because I can’t just hop to and get on the field.”

Not to forget, fans have seen The Champ perform in movies as a sergeant. However, in real life, the hustle loyalty & respect soldier made it pretty clear that he thought that serving in the military was exceedingly challenging, since it needed unwavering devotion and strict discipline. As a result, he would not make an excellent soldier since he cannot just hop into the field after waking up.
