WWE Superstars often try their hand in movies and one superstar who made it big when he moved to Hollywood was John Cena. After his last encounter at the PPV SummerSlam 2021, The Champ continued his business in Hollywood.

John Cena and director James Gunn joined forces to make a separate original television series called Peacemaker. Peacemaker is based on the DC Comics character who fights for peace at any cost, even if it is to kill someone. The irony in the name itself is intriguing.

The Hollywood Star, John Cena, sat down in an exclusive interview with the PEOPLE. They discussed the following stage of Peacemaker and many other things.

Training of John Cena in the WWE and movie set?

One of the interesting questions asked to Cena was what is the training like in WWE and how it is for on-screen. In the same part, he was asked does training for Peacemaker take him back to his wrestling days.

John Cena replied, “No, it’s completely different. Movie coordinator stunt performers are massive amounts of repetition not only through practice but through performances as well. Whereas you can practice your craft in WWE, but once you’re out there live, it happens once, and there really is no wrong.”

The 16-times World Champion continued that on a movie set, no enormous crowd is cheering him as it is on the WWE programming.

John Cena has been a babyface in the WWE business. However, Cena has been loved by the WWE Universe on a different level over the years. “I remember when I started to do movies in 2004, 2005 and really got frustrated with the process because as a young man, I really wanted to be in that ring as there really isn’t much of anything that compares to the sensation of being in that ring performing in front of a live audience,” Cena added.
