With a stacked-up Fastlane rapidly approaching, WWE continues to build tension at tonight’s SmackDown go-home edition. The night’s extravaganza started off live with LA Knight making his way to the ring with a grand reception from a psyched-up crowd of St. Enterprise Center in St. Louis Missouri. Knight had his favor for Cena evened up in a huge way.

In the previous episode of SmackDown, we saw Knight coming out to the save of a dejected John Cena in the face of a seething Bloodline attack and agreeing to be his tag team partner for Fastlane.

When Paul Heyman came up tonight to laud Knight with the latter buying none of it, Sikoa and Jimmy Uso climbed up to the ring to attack the 40-year-old. But John Cena rushed to the ring to return Knight the favor of last week.

Heyman then ordered the Bloodline member to abandon the ringside. Later Knight challenged Uso to a one-on-one encounter tonight which was readily accepted by the latter.

Now, later, SmackDown came to an end with a wild note with Knight successfully taking down Uso and Solo Sikoa.

Cena had been by the side of the former Eli Drake until the very end of the show, splashing some electric chemistry around the ring.

It continued to be on the play at Gainbridge Fieldhouse as both the men clinched the upper hand against the Bloodline after a tiff fight. But is Knight not pleased with Cena after tonight’s affairs? Let’s dig a bit deeper.

Did LA Knight feel insulted by John Cena tonight?

Knight and John Cena earned the victory in their tag team match against Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso at WWE Fastlane. The Megastar and Cena kept the fans hooked worldwide with their amazing chemistry, putting some breathtaking spots and maneuvers on the show.

After the show concluded, the post-match press conference took two of the winning stars of the night together to shoot a bunch of questions.

However, it was Cena who was getting the majority of reporters’ attention until he asked them to shift focus toward Knight.

In the response, the 40-year-old jokingly claimed that he felt a bit insulted to get snubbed by the journalists.
