Fans were deeply dejected as John Cena yet again failed to win a singles match in the WWE. His loss to Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel just added insult to his already existing injury of not winning a match for 2000+ days. But talking about injury, it appears Cena may have wrestled his PLE match against Sikoa with an injury. He recently provided a positive health update to his fans.

John Cena’s let fans know that one of his arms has started recovering

Cena’s brutal battle with Solo Sikoa ended with The Enforcer delivering over 10 Samoan Spikes to the Hollywood star. Sadly Cena was not able to score a win that night. But it looks like Cena was battling more than a raging Samoan on that night.

Post the match, it was revealed that Cena’s arms had undergone some damage. But today, Cena gave a positive health update about his arms to his fans on Twitter. He tweeted, “Thank you @JeffDugasMD and your entire team in Birmingham! One arm fixed, clean & headed for therapy … one arm left to go! Thank you again and see you ASAP for the next one!!”

From this tweet, we get an indication that he will need medical attention on his other arm as well. Cena will hope he gets fixed up soon as he looks to get back to resuming his Hollywood career after the SAG-AFTRA strike ended a day ago. The strike went on for almost 118 days in total.

But as Cena plans to resume acting, one of his big completed projects just got shelved.

John Cena’s movie called Coyote vs. Acme has been shelved by Warner Bros

Coyote vs. Acme is a live-action/animation comedy starring John Cena. The movie is based on the cartoon Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner from the 1950’s. The movie cost almost $70 million to get completed. But now, Warner Bros has decided to shelve the movie altogether.

The reason being they want to focus more on theatrical releases. This is also done to take an estimated $30m tax write-down. According to the statement released by Warner Bros, “With the re-launch of Warner Bros. Pictures Animation in June, the studio has shifted its global strategy to focus on theatrical releases. With this new direction, we have made the difficult decision not to move forward with Coyote vs Acme. We have tremendous respect for the filmmakers, casts, and crew, and are grateful for their contributions to the film”.
