John Cena sent a plea to Kim Kardashian fans for the reality show

In 2013, John Cena joined Nikki Bella as part of the cast for the reality show ‘Total Divas’. They had been dating for a year and it made sense for the WWE to get them both on the show.

Cena and the former WWE Divas Champion’s relationship was publicized through ‘Total Divas’ and another reality show, Total Bellas. However, in Total Divas, much of their early real-life relationship played out. The idea was that Cena’s popularity could help the show rake up the ratings.

Cena had a massive fan following and WWE wanted to capitalize. In an attempt to boost the viewership for the show, the 16-time WWE Champion tweeted out a plea to the fans of celebrity Kim Kardashian and his sister Khloe Kardashian.
