However, since July 14, 2023, SAG-AFTRA has been on strike due to a labor dispute with producers. The SAG-AFTRA deal is nearing its end, which could mark the end of John Cena’s WWE run during the Hollywood strikes.

“Freelance,” John Cena’s film, is set to premiere this weekend with a special “Squared Circle Screening” held in Orlando, Florida. The event boasted an impressive lineup of wrestling stars, including Alexa Bliss, Ryan Cabrera, Emma/Tenille Dashwood, LA Knight, and Noelle Foley. 

There were also Cassie Lee, Nia Jax, Kalisto/Samuray Del Sol, Breeze, Shawn Spears, Mojo Rawley, and Xia Brookside many more were also present.

In “Freelance,” Cena plays an ex-special forces agent. He reenters the action scene by providing security for a journalist (Alison Brie) during her interview with a foreign dictator (Juan Pablo Raba). The film promises an exciting blend of action and drama. It makes it a must-see for fans of both John Cena and gripping cinema.
