Ever since The Champ returned to Raw, he has been taking shots at Theory. Every moment he gets, The Chain Gang Soldier slams the reigning WWE United Champion with his words. This is clearly another jibe meant to annoy his upcoming opponent and add more heat to his rivalry.
The story behind Cena’s cryptic message
Around the WrestleMania season last year, the WWE Universe began to see Theory alongside Vince McMahon in backstage segments very frequently. This led the fans to believe that McMahon was trying to give a push to Theory’s career in terms of becoming the top star in the promotion.
For that purpose, McMahon booked Theory against Pat McAfee at WrestleMania 38. Unfortunately, McMahon’s effort went down the drain when Theory lost to the NFL star on the night of their WrestleMania match.

But the plot didn’t end there. The WWE Universe saw a turn of events when McMahon challenged McAfee for an impromptu match after his protégé’s WrestleMania loss. McMahon pinned the former player punter, all thanks to Theory, who attacked him before the match started.
During the closing segment, the WWE Universe witnessed Steve Austin come down to the ring and give a Stone Cold Stunner to A-Town Down. McMahon and McAfee were also the recipients of a Stone Cold stunner that night.
