WWE Legend John Cena is famous across the world but he has a lot of fans here in India as well. Although the Hollywood Superstar has visited the beautiful land of India a couple of times, he remains close to fans and his favourites. One such instance happened yesterday as John Cena’s former colleague revealed Cena to be a Shah Rukh Khan fan. Now, Cena has taken to social media to commemorate his viral singing performance.
John Cena’s recent Instagram post a nod to his viral singing performance

In the picture, the 58-year-old Shah Rukh Khan is standing with his arms stretched as he leans onto his right side. He is wearing a black suit. The pose is synonymous with him after he posed the iconic stance from his blockbuster movie, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998) starring SRK, Kajol, and Rani Mukherjee.
The picture received a massive response from fans, especially from India as they appreciated the post. The post also received responses from brands like Netflix India, WWE India, and popular food-deliver aggregator Zomato. WWE India commented, “Legend recognise Legend 🙌” as they acknowledged the legends from two different spheres of life.
Unbeknownst to fans, John Cena has acknowledged to be a fan of Shah Rukh Khan in the past. And why wouldn’t he be? Shah Rukh Khan is a legendary actor with a career spanning over 4 decades and 105 movies.

John Cena sings to give shoutout to King of Bollywood
John Cena recently met former WWE superstar Gurv Shira aka Sunil Singh at a gym where both superstars were training. The former stable mate of Jinder Mahal then asked John Cena to sing a song Bholi Si Surat from Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Dil Toh Pagal Hai (1997) starring SRK and Karishma Kapoor.
With a little help from Sunil Singh, Cena did end up singing a verse from the song correctly before Singh revealed that both he and Cena were big fans of SRK. For Cena, it was a way of growing as he found more reasons to connect with Indian fans.
