Will Jimmy Uso's return shake up Roman Reigns' reign, or is it just wishful thinking?

Roman Reigns made his long-awaited return to the WWE at SummerSlam. The OTC was not seen since his loss at WrestleMania 40 at the hands of Cody Rhodes. However, he did not come back for the title of WWE Undisputed Champion, but instead for the moniker of the Tribal Chief. During his absence, Jimmy Uso was yeeted from The Bloodline by Solo Sikoa and replaced with Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. Not only that, but Reign’s sacred Ula Fala is now around his neck.

Fans have been begging for the Original Tribal Chief to return, and the roof has always exploded when his music hits. Despite Sikoa demanding acknowledgment from the audience, none have given it. This only enraged the new Tribal Chief since Reigns was getting all the respect. The latest edition of SmackDown seemed to have been a trap set by Sikoa, and Reigns walked right into it.

After an impressive display of power on the last episode of SmackDown against Sikoa, Tonga, and Loa, this week seemed to have been relieved to the Original Tribal Chief on a silver platter. Fatu was out with an injury, and Loa didn’t appear on SmackDown. However, as Reigns laid the beat down on Sikoa and Tonga, Fatu emerged and destroyed the OTC. This led fans to speculate when Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman could make their return, and it is going to be soon.

Fans predict Jimmy Uso could be back next week

In the first episode of SmackDown after SummerSlam, Reigns stood tall, but that was due to Fatu’s absence. With Fatu seemingly back from his injury, fans say Reigns will need backup now, and it will be on the next episode of SmackDown. Reigns, being all alone, cannot stand against the Tongans and Fatu under Sikoa’s command.

Fans have anticipated the Reigns vs. Fatu showdown since the Samoan Werewolf joined The Bloodline 2.0. However, no one expected it to be so soon. This only means that the numbers are now against Reigns. While Jimmy and Heyman will return with the OTC, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn will be another story.
