Has Triple H completely dropped the ball with Jey Uso's storyline outside the Bloodline?

Since SummerSlam 2023, Jey Uso began his singles run on Monday Night Raw. There he gradually became one of the public’s favorites and became a regular on the weekly schedule. Given his present success, it seems that he wants to continue on this path. In a recent interview for Busted Open Radio, Jey Uso commented on his future plans in the WWE.

Main Event Jey Uso remarked that he has no intentions of leaving his individual run behind. He further added that The Usos has already proven to be the best team in the history of the company. He said, “If I could be honest right now, I would like to continue on my singles path right now. My brother and I are already the best tag team in WWE history. That’s checked off.”

Following the return of Roman Reigns and the reports that Jimmy Uso is already fit to return to action, speculation suggested that Jey Uso could help his cousin and brother to face Solo Sikoa and the rest of The Bloodline. However, after this statement, it seems that this will not happen, or, if not, he will only join his former colleagues temporarily.

This is something that has surely upset fans. The WWE Universe surely identifies the talent that Uso has within him. So it surely hurts them to see Uso not being a part of major PLEs and their main events. Taking their frustrations to Twitter, one user uploaded a post where they mentioned how Triple H is failing the ‘Yeet’ man. The user mentioned how Uso is constantly in the top three regarding merch sales; this further proves that he is over the crowd, and his matches aren’t that bad.

However, it seems like Triple H is constantly looking the other way when choosing a talent to push to the main event. The growing frustration erupted in the comment section of the aforementioned post as fans couldn’t help but strongly voice their opinions. The pro wrestling faithful revealed that Triple H should get him into non-Bloodline plots.

Fans call out Triple H for not pushing Jey Uso enough

What’s your perspective on:

Has Triple H completely dropped the ball with Jey Uso's storyline outside the Bloodline?

Have an interesting take?

Taking to the comments, fans were quick to call out the COO for underutilizing the massive star. The Stamford-based promotion gave Jey Uso the moniker ‘Main Event’, however, he is rarely seen fighting in a main event match. Even if he is made to star in the main event, it is usually for a multi-wrestler matchup with other top stars. This intentionally or not relegates him to just a minion in major storylines. Something that might happen again with the Bloodline Civil War story.

This fan admitted that HHH has an ulterior motive for propelling Uso’s single run so far. They suggested that The Game is saving the talents of Main Event Uso for the ongoing Bloodline storyline.

Some fans vented their frustrations over the fact that other talents are getting the push despite being less popular than Uso. DIY, Andrade, Bron Breakker, and most recently Big Bronson Reed are being pushed to the moon while Jey Uso hasn’t gotten a chance to dance with top tier stars.
