Roman Reigns made an authoritative comeback at SummerSlam 2024. The Tribal Chief took out Solo Sikoa with a Superman Punch and a spear and the entire arena went over the moon. Although the return was never unforeseen, the moment holds its priceless significance to the Bloodline fanfare. After all, it marked the beginning of the erstwhile Tribal Chief’s war to reclaim his crown against the new Bloodline of Sikoa’s era. However, the battle didn’t start off the way the entire WWE Universe has presumed it to be.

Speculations were rife that Reigns would step into the ring with his abandoned cousins, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso by his side, and a civil war would follow. While it hasn’t materialized yet, the much-fitting OG Bloodline reunion doesn’t seem to be far away. Jey Uso’s latest Instagram story came off as a massive closure to what the future storyline might hold.

Jey Uso has been on a tear since he left Bloodline. The YEET man has been doing exceptionally well in his solo stint. On the other hand, Jimmy Uso faced a tragic fate at the hands of Tama Tonga and Solo Sikoa during the early build-up of Bloodline 2.0. Since then, the company has written him off the TV. After it didn’t prove to be the case, Fighful Select noted, ‘‘Contrary to speculation online, there was never a plan or an audible called from an original plan to feature Jimmy Uso or Jey Uso in the match.”.

But the fire of hope is still raging. Jey Uso might not be present in the banger Bloodline segment, but he could operate from the shadows as a prominent member. The YEET star expressed his elation through an old photograph of himself, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso together with the caption, ‘‘Beginning of the Original Bloodline’

Jey Uso betrayed Roman Reigns right after his twin led the way to it during 2023. However, things have changed a lot since then and it seemed the elder Uso doesn’t hold any hard feelings about his cousin anymore. During a candid interview with SportsIllstrator before SummerSlam 2024, Jey Uso said, ”Whenever Roman (Reigns) comes back, that’s going to be lit. I can’t wait for the return of The Bloodline.” He also had a significant update about his brother Jimmy Uso’s return to the fold. ”My brother will be back soon. I want to see him on TV. Like, if you really pay attention to Jimmy, Jimmy [is] funny as hell. He started shining on SmackDown for a little bit, then he got hurt. I’m excited to see his character back on TV.”
