During his legendary professional wrestling career, The Phenom had several memorable moments. And January 28 is one such special day in the professional wrestling career of the WWE legend.

A Wrestling Historian on Patreon shared the legendary events that have happened on 28th January.

On this day back in 2007 at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas, The Undertaker won the Royal Rumble match for the first time in his career after entering the match at number 30.

By doing so, he became the first person to win a Royal Rumble match from that position. Thus, 28th January will forever remain special for The Undertaker.

Soon after that, he challenged Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 23. After a thrilling match against Batista, The Undertaker emerged victorious and won the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time on that night.

Will The Undertaker appear at WWE Royal Rumble 2022?

At the 2020 Survivor Series PPV, The Undertaker bid an emotional farewell to the WWE Universe on the 30th anniversary of his WWE debut.

He officially retired from in-ring action on that day. However, the fans will love to see The Undertaker appear in WWE.

According to the latest reports, it looks like The Undertaker might appear at WWE Royal Rumble 2022. Recently, PWInsider reported The Undertaker is expected to be in attendance at the 2022 WWE Royal Rumble in St. Louis.

One of the major reasons might be because of his wife competing in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Michelle McCool is all set to make her in-ring return at the 2022 WWE Royal Rumble. And just like The Phenom, Michelle McCool is another WWE legend.
