A few weeks ago, a new Samoan entered the realm of WWE: The Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu. The new enforcer of Solo Sikoa is the nephew of the late Umaga and Rikishi and the son of Sam Fatu (better known as Tonga Kid). Now, he has joined his brothers in the Bloodline to continue the faction once made great by Roman Reigns. The Samoan superstar earned a name for himself right away by defeating competitors of the caliber of Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, and Cody Rhodes, not just on his debut when he single-handedly took them out but also by helping his team defeat them again in an official match at the Money in the Bank.

Then the enforcer did the unthinkable. Paul Heyman was viciously attacked by Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa on SmackDown. Resulting in the Wiseman being thrown into the commentators’ table. He has been missing from TV programming ever since. This took place after Sikoa’s attempt to make the Bloodline more clear to the audience.

He also declared himself the new Tribal Chief. Now Roman Reigns will have to cross his dead body before he can return to challenge Sikoa for the undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Once Sikoa takes it off the American Nightmare.

While Sikoa revealed this to the WWE Universe, Fatu publicly acknowledged the new Tribal Chief. Becoming his right-hand man. But Fatu has more than a decade of experience on the independent circuit. Being considered by a wide sector of fans as one of the most talented Samoan fighters of his generation. So why would he submit to the WWE superstar? Who, according to many, can be considered to be lacking the charisma and intensity to lead the faction. Well, it is possible that Fatu is looking forward to doing a coup d’état of his own, as revealed by his deleted tweet.

In a recent tweet by the user @Navtreaks, the WWE fan found a tweet by Jacob Fatu from about two years ago. One where he actually acknowledged Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief. A decision he’s trying to keep hidden since he then went on to delete the tweet. But this has surely led many to speculate that Fatu might lead a coup d’état to remove Sikoa from the top of the table. Either to make Reigns the Tribal Chief again or to reveal himself as the new leader of the group.

The former MLW champion was also supposed to be named after a great emperor. This might’ve revealed the promotion’s true intent on making him the head of the table. According to the Wrestling Observer, it seems that WWE was planning to change Jacob Fatu’s name in preparation for his debut. Previously, it was reported that the Stamford Federation registered the trademark “Caesar Sikoa.” Surely a name to contrast Roman Reigns’ status as Tribal Chief. It was destined for the new WWE signing. However, they suddenly revised their plans and allowed him to keep his real name.

But this surely proves that the WWE has big plans for him. They might also be aware of the fact that keeping him just as a henchman to Sikoa will truly be a lost opportunity. So, don’t be surprised if Fatu soon turns his back on Sikoa. Giving him a taste of his own medicine by kicking him out of the faction. Just like Jey Uso and Paul Heyman! What do you think? Will the Samoan Werewolf betray the trust of the new Tribal Chief? Let us know in the comments.
