Several years ago, in 2012, the WWE legend introduced a 90-days resolution on Hulk Hogan’s Challenge. He wanted to overcome the weight he had put on due to his leg injury. In the above-resurfaced clip, Hogan goes to the doctor to check his body fat and find an appropriate plan for himself.
The Hulkster said, “Okay guys we’re 30 days into the 90-day challenge here at Infinite Vitality. It’s a whole physical regime of training, fitness, and rehab, and Dr. Brian is here my buddy.”
He added, “For me, it’s not about losing weight. I really love the weight that I have now. For me, it’s all about body fat. I would just feel much better if I had big brother body fat watching over my shoulder to make sure I don’t miss a beat.”
‘The Immortal One was adamant to lose weight and get back his “12-packs” physique by the end of this challenge.
What did the doctor say to Hulk Hogan?
Hogan went to Infinite Vitality to check his body fat. Before going to the check-up, Dr. Brian said it would be reasonable to lose 5% fat. The Hulkster went into shock after hearing the doctor. However, Hogan was a bit relaxed when he said 2-3% would seem fine to achieve his goal.
The results came in after the check-up. The 12-time world champion had 13% body fat, but he had thought about having 15-16%.
Dr. Brian said this was “pretty lean” as Hogan weighed 290 lbs at the time. He advised the WWE legend to lose 2-3% body fat to see the results he wished for.
