AEW’s Christian Cage is about to make history soon. One, he is going to be on the debut episode of AEW Rampage and two; he is going to be the first one to challenge IMPACT World Champion Kenny Omega for the championship title.
Christian Cage revealed he is just starting with the IMPACT World Championship title. However, he plans to strip Kenny Omega of all the titles he holds slowly.
“Kenny and I are going to get to know each other really, really well in the next month or so. He calls himself ‘The Belt Collector’ and for good reason, he has a nice collection going. But I’ve made a decision that I am going to beat Kenny for all of those titles and it starts with the IMPACT World Championship.”

Christian Cage believes it’s his duty to challenge for the IMPACT World Championship title
Christian Cage revealed that IMPACT has played a crucial role in building his wrestling career. Therefore, he believes it is his duty to ensure the IMPACT World Championship belt is with someone who genuinely cares about the title and wants to defend it.
“I feel like I owe it to IMPACT for all that its done for me in my career. My history there runs deep. It gave me the chance to main event, it gave me the chance to wrestle for world titles. IMPACT, they saw something in me and I stepped up, and I became a better wrestler for it. So, I feel it’s my duty, since Kenny is a little reluctant to defend his world championship, I should take that off of his hands.”
