“It’s All Simple Physics…”- 41-Year-Old WWE Superstar Assumes the Role of a Physicist to Explain a Move That a Fan’s “Ignorant Eye” Failed to Spot

The fans have seen countless maneuvers performed effortlessly by talented wrestlers. Every athlete has a set of moves that are synonymous with their names. However, these moves might or might not always have a logic behind their execution. Purists seldom get answers to their queries, but on this occasion, the wrestler in question has all the answers.

The advent of social media means that a user’s technical inquisition can reach a famous personality. And to his credit, the former WWE champion has provided his response in the utmost detail.

WWE superstar shows off his Physics prowess

The performer in question is none other than veteran Kofi Kingston. A fan raised doubts over his frequently used in-ring move, ‘Boom Drop’ on Twitter. “Never understood why for the boom drop @TrueKofi hits the ropes just to come to a full stop”. The New Day member channeled his inner Physicist to provide a full-proof response to the user. His explanation involved the use of formulae to put his point across more efficiently.

It’s safe to say the fan got the answer to his query bit by bit. Even getting called an ‘ignorant eye’ from the one-half of NXT tag team champions. Whether or not he is able to wrap his head around,  is hard to tell. Nevertheless, one thing is sure, that from now on, anybody would think twice before questioning anything about Kingston. 

Kingston is the epitome of longevity

The 13-time WWE tag champion has been around the promotion for quite a long time. He celebrated a major milestone in his decorated wrestling career just last month. There aren’t many accolades in the Stamford-based promotion that he has not achieved. Apart from wooing fans with his athletic ability, he is quite active on social media as well. Whether it’s verifying a Cody Rhodes story about him or answering the fans, he is not far from the web world.

Kingston has sworn his allegiance to the hugely popular faction The New Day since 2014. It is considered as a wrestling royalty, particularly in the tag team division. The group held the record for the longest reign of being the Tag Team Champions until they were usurped by the current champions, The Usos in January.
